1983 Act No. 284
AN ACT To enact Part IV of Chapter 9 of Title 40 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, to be comprised of R.S. 40:1805 through R.S. 40:1807 inclusive, relative to weapons and ammunition, to prohibit the importation, manufacture, sale, purchase, possession, or transfer of armor-piercing bullets, to provide definitions, exemptions from such prohibition, and penalties, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
