1990 Act No. 181

AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 56:330, relative to the taking of frogs, to prohibit the taking of frogs during the months of April and May, and to provide for related matters.

 AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 14:95.1(A), relative to the carrying of weapons; to provide that any person convicted of manufacturing or possessing, or attempting to manufacture or possess, an incendiary device or a bomb shall be prohibited from possessing a firearm or carrying a concealed weapon; and to provide for related matters.

AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 17:416(B)(1)(b), relative to expulsion procedures for students, to provide that a principal may recommend expulsion for certain students found carrying or possessing a knife, and to provide for related matters.
