Act No. 57.
AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Section 75 of Act No. 45 of the regular session of the General; Assembly of 1896 entitled an Act to incorporate the City of New Orleans; provide for the government and administration of the affairs thereof; and to repeal all acts inconsistent or in conflict therewith.
Due notice having been given in compliance with the Constitution of this State and evidence thereof having been submitted to the General Assembly, of the publication of intention to introduce this act.
