First Circuit

Act. No. 3 of 1981 increased the number of judges to twelve.

Second Circuit

Act No. 3 of 1981 raised the number of judges to seven.

Fourth Circuit

Act. No. 3 of 1981 increased to twelve the number of judges.

Fifth Circuit

Act. No. 3 of 1981 created the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
