AN ACT To amend and re-enact Section 221 and to add Section 221.1 of Title 17 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to compulsory school attendance; to prohibit any parent, tutor, or any other person from enticing, coercing, intimidating, persuading, compelling and/or soliciting children to be absent from school for the purpose of participating in unauthorized demonstrations; and to provide penalties for the violation of this Act.
