AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 17:151.3(A),(B)(1), (C), and (D), and 222(A) and (C), relative to school attendance; to provide for a uniform age requirement for children entering kindergarten; to provide for a uniform age requirement for children entering first grade; to provide for exceptions; and to provide for related matters.
