1990 ACT No. 158
AN ACT To amerid and reenact R.S. 13:13(10), 691(A), 698, 1401, 1402, and 1407 and to enact R.S. 13:1621 through 1630, and to amend and reenact R.S. 17:224 and 233, and to repeal R.S. 13:1408, relative to juvenile courts; to establish a juvenile court for the Parish of East Baton Rouge; to provide for jurisdiction and domicile of the court; to provide for the judge of the juvenile court; to provide for the election, compensation, expenses, and benefits of such judge; to provide for the powers and duties of the judge of the juvenile court; and to provide for related matters.
