AN ACT To amend and reenact Sections 230 and 232 of Title 17 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, to provide for the powers and duties of visiting teachers, or supervisors of child welfare and attendance; to provide for the keeping of attendance records and the duty to furnish such records to visiting teachers, or supervisors of child welfare and attendance; to provide penalties for violations thereof; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
