AN ACT To amend and reenact Section 1 of Act No. 130 of the 1896 Regular Session of the Legislature, as amended by Act No. 395 of the 2006 Regular Session of the Legislature, and Sections 1 through 8 of Act No. 569 of the 1989 Regular Session of the Legislature, as amended by Act No. 13 of the 1998 First Extraordinary Session of the Legislature, and Act No. 395 of the 2006 Regular Session of the Legislature, and to enact R.S. 33:4558.1, relative to the New Orleans City Park Police; to provide for the authority, duties, commissioning, and training of the New Orleans City Park Police; to provide for the administration of the New Orleans City Park Police; to provide for approval of the board of commissioners of the New Orleans City Park Improvement Association; to provide for board membership; to provide for obligations of the board; and to provide for related matters.
