AN ACT To provide with respect to the capital outlay budget and the capital outlay program for state government, state institutions, and other public entities; to provide for the designation of projects and improvements; to provide for the financing thereof making appropriations from certain sources; and to provide for related matters.
AN ACT Making annual appropriations for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 for the ordinary expenses of the executive branch of state government, pensions, public schools, public roads, public charities, and state institutions and providing with respect to the expenditure of said appropriations.
AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 38:330.12.1(C)(5) and (7), relative to the composition of the Lakefront Management Authority Board; to provide relative to the appointment of authority members; and to provide for related matters.
