AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 33:4096(A) and 4121(A), relative to the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board; to pro- vide with respect to water and sewerage usage and the rates thereof; to provide exemptions from charges of such rates; and to provide for related matters.
A.(1) The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans shall fix the rates to be charged consumers of water, including the power to exceed the total rates in force on November 1, 1913, and shall collect the same from all persons who use water from the public water supply except that:
(a) The Audubon Park and Zoological Garden, the New Orleans City Park, and the New Orleans Museum of Art shall only be charged for annual consumption in excess of their respective 1981 usage.

AN ACT To provide with respect to the Omnibus Bond Authorization Act of 1992, capital outlay budget, and the capital outlay program for state government, state institutions, and other public entities; to provide for the designation of projects and improvements included therein; to provide for the repeal of certain prior bond authorizations; to provide for new bond authorizations; to provide for authorization and sale of such bonds by the State Bond Com- mission; and to provide for related matters.

THIS PROJECT EXEMPT FROM THE PROVISIONS OF R.S. 39:101. PROVIDED THAT HOUSE BILL NO. 1750 OF THE 1992 REGULAR SESSION DOES NOT BECOME LAW. UPON AND TO THAT EXTENT THE PROVISION IN SCHEDULE 50/ M020 IN THIS ACT FOR $500,000 FOR PLANNING, IMPROVING, AND RENOVATING THE PAN AMERICAN STADIUM IN NEW ORLEANS CITY PARK, PARISH OF ORLEANS, SHALL BE DELETED AND THE $500,000 PROVIDED FOR THEREIN SHALL BE ADDED TO THE $500,000 PROVISION FOR PLANNING, IMPROVING, AND RENOVATING THE TAD GORMLEY STADIUM IN NEW ORLEANS CITY PARK, PARISH OF ORLEANS, THEREBY PROVIDING A TOTAL OF $1,000,000 FOR PLANNING, IMPROVING, AND RENOVATING FOR TAD GORMLEY STADIUM IN NEW ORLEANS CITY PARK, PARISH OF ORLEANS.
