1980 ACT No. 11
AN ACT Making appropriations for the ordinary expenses of the state government, pensions, public schools, public roads, public charities, and state institutions and providing with respect to the expenditure of said appropriations; and to appropriate the sum of Fourteen Million Two Hundred Fourteen Thousand Eighty ($14,214,080) Dollars out of the State General Fund and Federal Funds for the fiscal year 1979-80 to be allocated to designated agencies in specific amounts for the purpose of making supplemental appropriations for the operation of said agencies during the 1979-80 fiscal year.
Payable out of the State General Fund to the
New Orleans City Park Improvement Associa-
tion for implementation of the Civil Service wage
schedule, hiring of additional personnel, and
Operating Expenses provided the city of New Or-
leans provides matching funds of up to $372,000;
however, the sum appropriated herein shall be
reduced on a dollar for dollar basis by the differ-
ence between $372,000 and the amount of match-
ing funds the city of New Orleans provides less
than $372,000 $ 500,000
