1989 ACT No. 569
AN ACT To provide with respect to City Park in New Orleans, including provisions to authorize the New Orleans City Park Improvement Association, through its board of commissioners, to contract with a nonprofit entity for the operation, care, control, and management of the park and its facilities, or to contract with such an entity for any of such purposes for any of its facilities; to authorize the board to determine the terms and duration of any such contract; to require certain provisions in such contracts, and to provide for related matters.
