AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 27:392(B) (2) (b), (3) (a) and (c), and (4) through (6) and to enact R.S. 27:392(B) (7) and (8), relative to the Pari-mutuel Live Racing Facility Economic Redevelopment and Gaming Control Act; to provide for the distribution of certain revenues; to make certain technical corrections; to establish the Equine Health Studies Program Fund in the state treasury; to provide for a portion of the monies in the Pari-mutuel Live Racing Facility Gaming Control Fund to be deposited into the Equine Health Studies Program Fund; to provide for the use of the monies in such fund; to provide for an effective date; and to provide for related matters.
