AN ACT Making appropriations for the ordinary expenses of the executive branch of state government, pensions, public schools, public roads, public charities, and state institutions and providing with respect to the expenditure of said appropriations.

AN ACT To enact R.S. 33:9038.59, relative to cooperative economic development; to create the New Orleans City Park Taxing District as a special taxing and tax increment financing district in the parish of Orleans; to provide for the boundaries of the district; to provide for the governance of the district; to provide for the authority, powers, duties, and function of the governing body to levy and collect taxes within the district; to engage in tax increment financing; and to provide for related matters.
