AN ACT Making appropriations for the ordinary expenses of the executive branch of state government, pensions, public schools, public roads, public charities, and state institutions and providing with respect to the expenditure of said appropriations.

AN ACT To enact R.S. 36:802.22 (E) (1) (d), relative to New Orleans City Park and the New Orleans City Park Improvement Association and its board of commissioners; to provide relative to audits of the park, the association, and its board and for the responsibility of the park, the association, and its board, and of the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism relative to such audits; and to provide for related matters.
