AN ACT Providing for the sale or dedication or both of certain property standing in the Name of the City of New Orleans as sites for the Delgado Central Trades School and the Reconstruction Hospital of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America, respectively, fixing the price and consideration therefor, and directing the dedication of the proceeds thereof as a special fund to be used for the embellishment and enlargement of the New Orleans City Park by the New Orleans City Park Improvement Association.
