AN ACT To enact R.S. 27:392(C), relative to the Pari-mutuel Live Racing Facility Economic Redevelopment and Gaming Control Act; to provide for the dedication of the revenues derived pursuant to the Act; to increase the amount of monies in the Pari-mutuel Live Racing Facility Gaming Control Fund dedicated for deposit into the Beautification and Improvement of the New Orleans City Park Fund; to establish certain special funds in the state treasury and to provide for the deposit and use of monies in the funds; to provide for an effective date; and to provide for related matters.
