A JOINT RESOLUTION Proposing an amendment to Paragraph (G) of Section 15 of Article XIV of the Louisiana Constitution by adding thereto a new subparagraph, to be designated Subparagraph (e), thereof, to authorize the governing body of the city of New Orleans to place the employees of the city park in New Orleans in the classified Civil Service System of the city of New Orleans.
