AN ACT To enact R.S. 11:413(14), relative to the Louisiana State Employees' Retirement System, but only applicable to employees of the New Orleans City Park Improvement Association; to provide with respect to membership, including but not limited to those classes of employees who are not eligible for membership; to provide an effective date; and to provide for related matters.
