1986 ACT No. 199
AN ACT To enact R.S. 4:166.6, relative to horse racing, to provide for a special deduction on pari-mutuel pools requiring selection of three or more horses, to provide for allocation of proceeds, and to provide for related matters.
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated from the dedication of exotic wagering revenues as provided by R.S. 4:166.6(A)(3) One Hundred Sixty Thousand and No/100 ($160,000.00) Dollars to be paid to the Board of Commissioners of the New Orleans City Park Improvement Association for Fiscal Year 1986-87.
