Pursuant to Article XXI, Section 1.B., of the Constitution of Louisiana, as last amended pursuant to Act 689 of 1968, the Secretary of State has determined that the following parishes, municipalities or special districts, or combination of any five or fewer of any of these, are affected by the proposition contained in the following Act.

Would place the employees of the City Park in New Orleans in the City Civil Service System.

A JOINT RESOLUTION
Proposing an amendment to Paragraph (G) of Section 15 of Article XIV of the Constitution of Louisiana by add- ing thereto a new Subparagraph to be designated Sub- paragraph (e), thereof, to authorize the governing body of the city of New Orleans to place the employees of the City Park in New Orleans in the Classified Civil Service System of the city of New Orleans.
