AN ACT To amend and re-enact Section 4076, Title 33, Chapter 9 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the creation and organization of the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans. Notice of intention to apply for the passage of this Act having been published and evidence of such publication exhibited to the Legislature, as required by law.
