A JOINT RESOLUTION Proposing an amendment and reenactment of Sections 23.31 and 23.33 of Article XIV of the Constitution of Louisiana relative to authorizing and directing the City of New Orleans to levy and collect for the year 1973 and annually thereafter, for fifty years, a special ad valorem tax of six (6) mills on all property, real, personal and mixed, located in the City of New Orleans, for the construction, extension, operation and maintenance of the drainage system of said City of New Orleans.
