A JOINT RESOLUTION Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Louisiana, to amend Article VII, to repeal Article VI, Section 28, and to repeal Article IX, Sections 9 and 10, all relative to revenue and finance, to revise various provisions so as to effect fiscal reform and to provide for economic development, to provide with respect to the levy and collection of taxes, to provide for certain limitations on taxing authority, to provide with respect to certain tax exemptions, to provide for the deposit and expenditure of state funds, to provide with respect to coastal protection and restoration funding, to provide with respect to the incurring of debt and issuance of bonds, to provide with respect to the operating and capital budgets, to provide with respect to revenue sharing, to repeal provisions relative to the First Use Tax Trust Fund and the Louisiana Investment Fund for Enhancement, to provide for the submission of the proposed amendment to the electors, and to provide for related matters.

AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 33:4081 and R.S. 33:4096(J), relative to the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, to increase the maximum amount of a fine for the violation of certain rules and regulations of said board, and to provide for related matters.
