AN ACT To amend and reenact and as so amended and reenacted to arrange in proper statutory form and incorporate into the statutes the provisions of Article 14, Sections 23, 23.1 through 23.43 of the Constitution of 1921, continued as a statute by Article XIV, Section 16(A) (10) of the Constitution of 1974, by amending Part III of Chapter 9 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, to add thereto new Sections to be designated R.S. 33:4093 through 4136, inclusive, relative to the construction, control, maintenance and operation of the public water system, the public sewerage system, and the drainage system of the city of New Orleans.
