AN ACT To amend and as amended to arrange in proper statutory form and incorporate into the statutes the provisions of Article XIV, Section 23 of the Constitution of 1921, continued as a statute by Article XIV, Section 16(A)(10) of the Constitution of 1974, by amending Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 to add thereto a new Section, to be designated as R.S. 33:4082.1, authorizing the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans to contract to furnish water to adjoining parishes.

AN ACT To amend Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding three new sections, to be designated as R.S. 38:1235.1, 38:1235.2, and 38:1235.3, in order to amend and as amended to arrange and incorporate in proper statutory form therein the provisions of Article XVI, Section 7, Subsections (a) through (k) of the Louisiana Constitution of 1921, which Article XIV, Section (A) (12) of the Louisiana Constitution of 1974 continues as a statute, to provide for the membership and powers of the Orleans Levee District.
