AN ACT To provide with respect to the capital outlay budget and the capital outlay program for state government, state institutions, and other public entities; providing for the designation of projects and improvements included therein; providing for the financing thereof by making appropriations from certain sources, and otherwise providing with respect thereto.

AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 33:4094 and to enact R.S. 33:3885.2, Subpart F-1 of Part II of Chapter 9 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, to be comprised of R.S. 33:4065.1 through 4065.6, and Subpart H of Part II of Chapter 9 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, to be comprised of R.S. 33:4067, relative to sewerage, water, and drainage systems; to require the governing authority of the parish of Livingston to pay all rates, charges, and connection charges for Sewerage District No. 2 of such parish until said system has been inspected and improved; to create and provide for the Lake Pontchartrain-Catherine Sewerage and Water Management District; to provide relative to the consolidated governance of certain districts in Cameron Parish, including provisions to create the Cameron Parish Sewerage and Water Board for District No. 1 as the governing authority of Cameron Parish Sewerage District No. 1, and to provide that the board shall be successor of the former boards of the districts and for the powers and duties of the board; to provide for renewal of the special tax for the sewerage, water, and drainage system of the city of New Orleans, subject to election; and to provide for related matters.
