AN ACT To amend and reenact Sections 9(A) and 13 of Act 465 of the 2005 Regular Session of the Legislature, relative to revenue sharing; to provide for certain parish allocations for Fiscal Year 2005-2006; to provide with respect to the distribution of revenue sharing allocations in Orleans, Jefferson, Plaquemines, and St. Bernard parishes; to provide for an effective date; and to provide for related matters.
