AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 33:4096(A)(1), relative to rates charged by the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans to public institutions, to provide with respect to rates charged the Audubon Park and Zoological Garden, the New Orleans City Park, and the New Orleans Museum of Art, and to provide for related matters.
1982 Act No. 87
AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 33:4090, to provide that for any lot of record existing prior to 1954 one sewer and one water connection extending from the main to the property line will be installed at the expense of the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, to provide that for lots created after 1954, the property owner shall bear all costs for extensions from the sewer and water main to the property line, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.

A JOINTkRE SOLUTION Proposing to amend Article VII, Section 20 (A)(3) of the Constitution of Louisiana, to delete, effective January 1, 1983, the existing homestead exemption from ad valorem taxes applicable to general city taxes in Orleans Parish and to specifically extend the homestead exemption to special district taxes, Sewerage and Water Board taxes, and the special tax for the Audubon Park Zoological Garden in that parish.
