AN ACT To amend and reenact Section 4076 of Title 33 of the revised statutes of 1950 as amended, relative to the Employees' Retirement System of the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, to provide for additional contributions to the retirement plan by the employees in the event Social Security is terminated; and provide with respect thereto.
AN ACT To provide for transfers of money and credit between the Employees' Retirement System of the City of New Orleans and the Employees' Retirement System of the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans.
AN ACT To amend and reenact Sections 4082, 4084 and 4088 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 relative to authorizing the Sewerage and Water Board of the city of New Orleans to use any funds collected, invested and/or maintained by it for the purposes of an emergency, including major repairs and/or replacement of equipment and machinery; to provide that the use of the funds shall be upon the condition that same shall be replaced in the account from which the funds are taken as soon thereafter as is practicable; and to otherwise provide in respect thereto.
