Authorizing and directing the removal to the new court building in the City of New Orleans of the records and archives of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal for the Parish of Orleans, the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, the First City Court of New Orleans, the late District Courts for the Parish of Orleans and the records of Conveyance and Mortgage Offices for the Parish of Orleans.
