ACT No. 119.    AN ACT
To create the office of Commissioner of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans; to prescribe his qualifications; to prescribe his powers and duties and to fix his compensation; and to provide for his election and his tenure of office.

(2nd Ex.Sess.) ACT No. 26.    AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Sections 1 and 2 of Act 244 of 1910 entitled "An Act to create a Commission which will have custody and control of the new Court House in the City of New Orleans; to define its powers and duties; to authorize and require the City of New Orleans to provide and appropriate funds to maintain, operate and conserve, under the control of the said Commission, the New Court House, contents and grounds in the City of New Orleans, and. to repeal all laws or parts of laws in conflict with this Act.
