Resolved, by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring, That the Governor be and is hereby authorized and empowered to re-advertise for sealed proposals for the sale of the ''State House," at New Orleans, known as the "St.Louis Hotel," for a period of ten days, under the terms and conditions in the act passed at the extra session, relative to the sale of the State House.
