A JOINT RESOLUTION
Proposing an amendment to Section 12 of Article IV of the Constitution of the State of Louisiana, relative to the funds, credit, property or things of value of the State or any political corporation thereof, in order to provide for the building of a State capitol.
Note: The above was No. 3 on the ballots voted on throughout the State on November 4th, 1930, and carried by the following vote:

Providing for the erection of the State capitol building authorized by the constitutional amendment proposed for that purpose.
