AN ACT To amend Title 47 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding thereto a new section, to be designated as R.S. 47:463.3, relative to special license plates for handicapped persons; to provide for the issuance of such license plates; to provide for the appearance of such plates; to define the term handicapped person; to provide for the special privileges to be accorded to vehicles displaying such plates; to provide for penalties for violators, and to provide for related matters.
AN ACT To amend and reenact Subsections F and G of Section 123 of Title 56 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, to permit licensees with the permanent total disability of one hand to hunt and take deer with a crossbow; to provide for the determination of such permanent total disability; and to provide that such licensees may also hunt and take deer with a crossbow in the special deer hunting seasons during which deer may be taken with bow and arrow only.
