AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 15:571.11(A) (1) (c), R.S. 40:1742, and R.S. 46:2583(A) and (E) and to enact PS. 40:1742.1 and R.S. 46:2583(F), relative to parking spaces reserved for certain disabled persons; to provide for enforcement of such provisions including enforcement on private property; to provide for citations; to provide relative to fines for violations of disabled person parking regulations and to the distribution and use of monies collected from such fines; and to provide for related matters.
