AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 47:463.4(B)(1) and (D), relative to hang tags for persons with mobility impairments; to provide for a ten-year renewal period; to provide with respect to the issuance cost of a hang tag or mobility impaired identification card; and to provide for related matters.
