AN ACT To enact R.S. 47:463. 11(E) relative to issuing special license plates, to provide with respect to the special license platE available to certain disabled veterans, including provisions that holders of such plates shall be accorded the same privileges as holders of special license plates for handicapped persons, to provide that only one such license plate shall be issued to the disabled veteran, and to provide for related matters.
