AN ACT To amend and re-enact Sections 51 and 52 of Title 21 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to animals and pets, to provide with regard to the use of guide dogs by blind persons.

AN ACT To amend and re-enact Chapter I of Title 32 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended, so as to establish modern regulation of vehicles and persons upon the high ways of this State; establish penalties for the violations thereof; to repeal all laws in conflict herewith and, in addition, to specifically repeal certain additional laws or portions thereof;
