AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 47:463.4(A) and (D), relative to special license plates or parking cards for mobility impaired persons, to provide for handicapped license plates for vehicles which exclusively transport mobility impaired children or adults, and to provide for related matters.

1989 Act No. 293

AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 32:401(2), (3), (4), and (5), 402(A) and (C), 403.1,403.2,407, 408,410, 411(A), (B), (C), (E), and (F), 412, 413(B), 415(B), (C), and (D), 420, 421, 422.1, 423, 426, and 427, to enact R.S. 32:401(13), (14), (15), (16), and (17), 403.4, 404.1, 405.1, 408.1, 409.1, 414.2, 414.3, 414.4, and 428, and to repeal R.S. 32:408(A) as enacted by Act No. 947 of the 1984 Regular Session of the Legislature and R.S. 32:425, all relative to driver's licenses, to adopt the substantive provisions of the model uniform commercial driver's license law, to provide requirements for drivers, to provide penalties for violations, and to provide for related matters.

AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 47:463.4(E)(3), relative to special license plates and parking cards for mobility impaired persons, to provide for one-time certification of permanent disability, and to provide for related matters.

AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 47:463.2(A) and R.S. 47:463.4(A), (B)(1), (CXlXc) and (2), (D), (G), (H), and (I), to enact R.S. 47:463.4(B)(3) and (4), (J), (K), and (L), and to repeal R.S. 47:463.4(EX2), relative to the regulation and issuance of special license plates and parking cards for mobility impaired persons, to provide for the method of displaying parking cards on vehicles, to provide for a term of validity of parking cards, to prohibit the use of parking cards which have been replaced by duplicate cards, to provide for the issuance of short-term parking cards, to provide for definitions, to provide for special personalized prestige license plates for private passenger vehicles, and to provide for related matters.

1989 Act No. 764

AN ACT To enact Part V-A of Chapter 8 of Title 40 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, to be comprised of R.S. 40:1748, relative to handicapped persons, to provide with respect to access to government services by handicapped persons, to provide duties for state agencies and political subdivisions, to provide for regulations governing such access, to provide for enforcement thereof, and to provide for related matters.
