AN ACT To enact R.S. 47:463.20 and R.S. 47:463.21, relative to the issuance of license plates for certain vehicles, to provide with respect to the issuance of handicapped license plates for farm vehicles, to provide with respect to the issuance of special Shriner license plates, and to provide for related matters.
