AN ACT To amend and reenact the heading of Part IV of Chapter 1 and the heading of Subpart A of Part IV of Chapter 1 of Title 56 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 and R.S. 56:115, to enact R.S. 56:6.1(E), 109(D), 116, 116.1, 116.2, 116.3, 116.4, and 128, and to repeal R.S. 56:123 and 124, relative to the hunting or taking of wild birds and wild quadrupeds; to prohibit the hunting of wild qua- drupeds in flooded areas under an emergency closure order; to provide relative to the use of wildlife manage- ment areas and refuges by certain disabled hunters; to provide for the adoption of seasons, times, and methods of hunting or taking; to provide relative to the sale of parts of certain wild quadrupeds; to provide relative to the taking of deer, bear, and turkey; to provide for the sport of falconry; to provide for penalties for violations; and to provide for related matters.
