1978 Act No. 155
AN ACT To amend Title 46 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding thereto a new Chapter to be designated as Chapter 27 thereof, comprising R.S. 46:2111 through R.S. 46:2115, both inclusive, relative to the physically handicapped; to create a bureau for handicapped persons in the Department of Health and Human Resources, to provide for the powers and functions of the bureau, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
