AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 40:1732(7) and (8) and 1745(D) all relative to equal access to facilities by physically handicapped persons, to redefine "public facility" and "public facility for accommodation"; to authorize state agencies and political subdivisions to provide for and enforce penalties against unauthorized persons parking in designated handicapped spaces; and to provide for related matters.

AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 47:463.5 to provide for the exemption of handicapped persons from the payment of registration and license fees assessed for private buses and recreational vehicles, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
