AN ACT To amend Part 2 of Chapter 2, Title 21, of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to Animals and Pets, by adding thereto a new section to be known as Section 52, relative to "Seeing Eye" or other guide dogs; the rights and privileges of owners thereof; and providing penalties for violations.
