AN ACT To amend and reenact Chapter 23 of Title 46 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, comprised of R.S. 46:1951 through R.S. 46:1954, relative to the Louisiana White 'Cane Law, to specifically extend the provisions of such law to totally and partially (leaf persons, and to particularly provide relative to the use by such persons of assisting dogs, and to provide for related matters.
