No. 14.] AN ACT Making appropriations for the general expenses of State Government for the year ending the thirty-first day of December, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine, and to exempt the moneys appropriated to the Charity Hospital from seizure; to make certain warrants receivable for licenses and taxes due the general fund; and providing for the accounts of certain State officers; further providing for the payment of the actual traveling expenses and per diem of members and contingent expenses of the General Assembly, for the session commencing January sixth, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, and making warrants of same receivable for general fund taxes and licenses for the year eighteen hundred and seventy- nine.
