ACT NO. 34. AN ACT Making appropriations to defray the ordinary expenses of the Government; and to support public schools and public charities in the State of Louisiana for the year commencing July 1, 1915, and ending June 30, 1916.

The foregoing Act having been submittéd to His Excellency, Honorable Luther Egbert Hall, Governor of this State, for his approval and signature, and the same not having been returned to the House in which it originated with his approval and signature, or with his objections thereto, within the time prescribed by the Constitution of this State, the same has become a law by limitation.
