AN ACT Making an appropriation to defray the ordinary expenses of the Government; to pay the interest on the public debt; and to support public schools and public charities in the State of Louisiana; to build and repair public levees; to maintain the State Penitentiary; and other State departments for the year commencing July 1st, 1922 and ending June 30th, 1923 and for the year commencing July 1st, 1923, and ending June 30th, 1924.

ACT No. 131. AN ACT To amend and re-enact Section 397 of the Revised Statutes of 1870 as amended and re-enacted by Act 223 of the General Assembly of the State of Louisiana of 1916 which is entitled “An Act to amend and re-enact Section 397 of the Revised Statutes so as to grant to the Board of Administrators of the Charity Hospital at New Orleans the right to collect fees upon a definite and fixed basis more compatible to existing conditions and times.
